Opportunity and position description:

We’re growing and we’re looking for new dentists to join our incredible team! We currently have 8 part-time and 2 full-time dentists working across our two clinic locations, and many of them are proud Marquette graduates. Our clinics are located in Waukesha and Menomonee Falls, with exciting plans to expand to a third clinic in Milwaukee in 2027. Both current clinics feature six operatories, and we primarily serve as a dental home for children with Medicaid. In addition to our focus on kids, we also provide care to pregnant moms, patients with special health care needs, and adults needing emergent care. Our daily staffing model at each clinic is strong and supportive and includes 2 dentists, 2-3 hygienists, 3 dental assistants, 2 patient care coordinators, a clinical manager, a billing coordinator, and other administrative staff who support the organization. We truly pride ourselves on the teamwork, collaboration, and quality of care we deliver every day. This can be a great first job for a recently graduated dentist or a wonderful part-time addition for a dentist who may be starting at a private office in the area and is willing and able to work more throughout the week. Our dentists are paid hourly, with comprehensive benefits available to both part-time and full-time team members, including 401(k), PTO and floating holidays, paid holidays, malpractice coverage, and access to loan repayment options.
