General Dentist Location: West Allis, Wisconsin Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site Compensation: Independent Contractor (1099) – Production-Based Compensation About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing dental practice in West Allis, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist or a recent graduate looking to establish a successful clinical career in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care while building lasting relationships with patients and contributing to a positive team culture. Responsibilities * Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions * Develop and present treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs * Provide a full range of general dentistry services, including: * Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges) * Root canal therapy * Preventive and periodontal care * Extractions and other routine dental procedures * Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options * Maintain accurate and timely clinical records * Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff * Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional patient care Qualifications Required * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school * Active Wisconsin dental license in good standing * Current professional liability insurance * Strong clinical skills in diagnostic and restorative dentistry * Excellent communication and patient relationship-building abilities * Commitment to continuing education and professional development Preferred * Prior clinical experience in a general dentistry setting * Experience with treatment planning and comprehensive patient care New graduates are encouraged to apply.
