Fort Family Dental — Associate/Partner Dentist Fort Family Dental is a busy, privately owned practice rooted in small-town values — where our long-tenured staff and our patients know each other by name, and high-quality, compassionate dentistry is simply how we do things. We are seeking an associate dentist to join our team, with partnership preferred but all applicants are welcome. Our recently built, partner/doctor-owned office is equipped with some of the best technology available, including a CEREC PrimeScan & 2 mills, iTero Element 5D scanner, SprintRay 3D printing system, CO2 & diode lasers, and a CBCT/pan — along with AI-assisted software for x-ray reading and charting. Just as importantly, you'll be joining an exceptional, respectful team that takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys coming in every day. Thanks to our established and growing patient base, a new provider can step into a full schedule immediately — or ramp up more gradually if that's preferred. We offer flexible hours to meet community demand, a collaborative team culture, and a supportive environment for any dentist who values long-term relationships with both staff and patients. Compensation is 40% of collections, which consistently works out to more than the 30–36% of adjusted production offered at many other practices; and a monthly minimum salary option is also available. For those interested in ownership, we offer flexible buy-in terms and timeline — including a no-debt, work-based, seller-financed option.
