PEDIATRIC DENTIST — TOOTH HAVEN, ANKENY, IOWA (DES MOINES METRO) Doctor-owned practice. Start date September 2026. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Tooth Haven is hiring a pediatric dentist as an associate, four days a week. You will provide comprehensive pediatric dental care alongside a support team that already knows how to run a pediatric day. We opened in August 2025 and are growing faster than our current schedule can hold. QUALIFICATIONS Pediatric residency training preferred; strong general dentists with real pediatric experience considered. Iowa dental license or license-eligible. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $1,300/day guaranteed minimum, or 30% of production, whichever is greater. Four-day work week with three-day weekends every week. (opportunity for full time or part time) Regular in-office IV sedation days with an MD anesthesiologist. Signing bonus up to $10,000. Malpractice covered. Flexible start date. OFFICE DESCRIPTION Brand-new fully digital office (opened August 2025), modern equipment, digital records, team already in place. Doctor-owned and doctor-led.
