Company Description: Gallery B Smiles is a community-leading dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to patients of all ages. The Gallery B team is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a welcoming and comfortable environment. Gallery B Smiles; based in Gladstone, MI, has recently expanded to a second location in Escanaba, MI. The right candidate would have the opportunity to work at one or both of our BUSY offices. Both locations have a full staff of experienced hygienists, assistants, and front office personnel. Directed by Dr. Kyle Bosk and Dr. Laura Johnson, your career goals are within reach. Role Description: Work/life balance, schedule flexibility, and financial success will be key goals for the position. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, while working in an upbeat, energetic and BUSY modern dental practice. This is a full-time position at one or both of our Gallery B Smiles locations, located in Escanaba and Gladstone, Michigan. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Active Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain, within an agreed upon time frame), and current CPR/BLS certification. Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including diagnostics, restorative care, preventive services, and basic emergency management. Strong patient communication, chairside manner, and ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds. Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Ability to work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff in a team-oriented environment. Experience with digital radiography and practice management or electronic health record systems is preferred.
