The Managing Clinical Director will be a licensed IL prosthodontist with a passion for caring for patients and serving the local community. The Managing Clinical Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical care including normal clinical operations as well as training and education courses. All work efforts help to drive achievement of performance goals and objectives. These responsibilities will be coordinated with other resources including the senior operations manager, the learning and development team, the finance team, and any other cross functional team. Provide clinical leadership, driving excellent patient care and assisting all clinical staff, including dental assistants, and dental technicians, with gaining confidence and expertise with hands on procedures Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to Doctors through hands on procedures both in office and through learning and development programs Ensure the delivery of quality patient care, while all federal and state regulatory requirements are met Coordinate with management, dental teams, and community to create and support the implementation of clinic practices, objectives, policies, and procedures that provide high quality health care services Establish effective strategies for programs and services with the goal of increasing patient flow and experience Responsible for strategic clinical relationships with dentists and other clinical personnel Design and direct educational training program that promotes professional excellence for all clinical roles Advise dentists and clinical team members on appropriate treatment plan recommendations based on patient unique needs Monitor revenues and expenditures for the oral care center to ensure budgeted profit targets are met or exceeded Other duties and responsibilities as assigned In partnership with the Executive Director identify, assess and develop other clinical staff ​ Requirements/Qualifications Successful completion of dental training at an accredited Dental School and received an DMD or DDS degree Successful completion of residency program in Prosthodontics Minimum of 3+ years clinical experience in placing and restoring implants Strong interpersonal and team building and leadership skills Experience in leading cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to effectively coach, mentor, and train others Passion for caring for patients in underserved communities
