The Menominee Tribal Dental Clinic My name is Dr. Tom Walczyk, Interim Clinic Director at the Menominee Tribal Dental Clinic in Keshena, Wisconsin (located 55 miles northwest of Green Bay, WI). I am not sure where you are in your professional life, however, providing care here could prove to be the most rewarding endeavors of your dental career. We here in the Menominee Nation, with our state’s longest residing members, invite you to join our dental team. The Menominee Tribal Dental Clinic has a staff of 4 hygienists, 9 assistants, 3 auxiliary staff, and 5 general dentists. We also have a full-time pediatric specialist as well as a visiting endodontist, and an additional pediatric specialist whom visits once per month. Here at the clinic we provide the full spectrum of care (preventive, restorations, all removable and fixed prosthesis, oral surgery, endodontics, and implant placement/restorations) for our patients. In order to facilitate providing this care, the current dental facility was built 8 years ago with all new equipment. Our clinic utilizes the following equipment: - 18 operatories with front-delivery systems that have both electric as well as air-driven hand pieces - Small-field CBCT - Soft tissue laser - Intraoral scanner - 3D printer - In-house, state-of-art, full scale laboratory with a full-time dental technician providing all fixed and removable prosthesis as well as surgical guide fabrication and implant restoration prosthesis - Digital charting and radiographs - TRIOS digital impressions - Implant planning software Employment here also includes a plethora of benefits: - Possible student loan repayment through several agencies - Salaried positions based on experience level - 16 paid holidays per year - Paid time off (up to 5 weeks per year) - 10 days for continuing education, with a yearly stipend for all expenses - License and ADA/WDA fees covered by the tribe - Reimbursement for personal long-term disability policies - Short-term disability - 401/Roth 401k match - Medical insurance with dependent coverage - Dental insurance - Eye coverage - Prescription coverage If you have interest in joining our team, I can be reached at (715) 799-3960 each day of the week from 0800 - 4:30 (CST).
