Included · Strong patient referral system · Competitive and tremendous annual earning potential ranges between $400K to $700K · Patient Care centric practice with a dedicated dental team · Modern state-of-the art practice with the latest in dental technology such as the Surgical Microscope, 3D CBCT Imaging, Digital Radiography, Fotona Laser, and the Dentalvibe. · Established business support allowing our endodontists to focus on patient care · For endo graduates, mentorship and guidance is provided · Relocation cost and assistance, open to discussion Required for consideration · DDS/DMD from an accredited Dental School · Certificate from an accredited US Endodontic Residency Program · Active Florida Dental License RESPONSIBILITIES: • Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out endodontic services and treatment plans • Collaborate with General Dentists on referral cases, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary • Counsel patients on dental problems, use of medications, expected effects of treatment, diet, and other health maintenance matters • Improving clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities • Collaborate with the dental marketing team on networking and relationship-building activities (i.e., Lunch & Learns, speaking engagements, events, etc.).
