Join Our Team We have a full-time (>30 hours/week) opportunity for a General Dentist at our Rochester clinic. This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission! Why Work for Us • Enjoy meaningful work in a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth • Provide culturally sensitive oral health care, preventive education, professional training, and advocate for access for all What We Offer: • $10k relocation bonus / $5k sign-on bonus /$30k retention bonus • Comprehensive medical, dental and life insurance • Paid time off • 401k plus company match • Professional development opportunities, CE classes and license renewals • Eligibility for multiple student loan reimbursement/forgiveness programs General Dentist Procedures • General Dentistry: Crowns (including custom crowns, implant crowns, and stainless steel crowns), bridges, direct restorations (amalgam and composite) • Endodontics: anterior, premolar, and some molar • Oral surgery: extractions, including some impacted thirds molars, alveoloplasty • Pediatrics: stainless steel crowns, extractions, restorations, pulpotomies, space maintainers • Prosthodontics: Complete and partial removable dentures in addition to fixed pros General Dentist Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients • Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members • Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic casts • Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records • Maintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocols • Keep up with new developments within dentistry, continuing education and licensure • Available for emergency/on-call duty by phone for assigned weekends (twice a year) General Dentist Qualifications: • Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry • CPR/AED Certificate • Experience working with culturally diverse communities • Demonstrated expertise in dental software • Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environment Rochester Clinic Highlights • Beautiful facility with doctor lounge & patio, free parking • Professional & skilled support staff • 18 spacious treatment rooms: 12 op and 6 hygiene • Radiographs and nitrous • Panoramic, intra-oral cameras • Intraoral scanner for digital impressions • Electronic health records • Access to CBTC available Clinic Hours: • Monday/Tuesday: 7:50am – 3pm • Wednesday/Thursday: 7:50am-5pm • Friday: 7:50am-2pm Why Rochester?
