Click 'Files' button, hold down the CTRL key (CMD in Mac) in your keyboard and select all the files required.
You can also click-and-drag a box around the files you want to select using your mouse. Doing so will select all files in that box.
You can upload multiple files at once. The number of files selected will be indicated. If you missed a file, select the files again.
Click 'Submit' when you are ready to submit the referral files. All fields are required.
